    Q: Where in NOAA do you work now?
    A:
     NOAA Coastal Services Center, Charleston, South Carolina

    Q: When did you begin your work with NOAA?
    A:
     I began working with the National Oceanographic Data Center in 1967. NODC was adopted by NOAA when it was formed.

    Q: Looking back, what events stand out as the most memorable during your time with NOAA?
    A:
     Difficult to say but simply watching the evolution of NOAA and how it has positioned itself as an indispensible federal agency.

    Q: From your point of view, what have been the most significant changes NOAA has experienced during the past 30 years?
    A:
     Clearly the advances in technology that allow us to more accurately predict the weather and to explore and measure the oceans.
